SBI offers participating Advisors the following:

• opportunity to share your experience and help firms grow
• expand your contact network
• broaden and deepen your current knowledge
• recognize new opportunities for cooperation

Advisors make their contributions pro bono: there is no financial compensation for the service.

Advisors should commit to the following with each Advisor Board they choose to join:

• Attending of four to six Advisory Board meetings in six months
• Reasonable preparation and follow-up before and after the meetings
• Agreement to reasonable non-disclosure terms with the firm as well as ensuring that there is no conflict of interest

Advisors should have the following background and experience: 

• Several years of board-level experience in growth-oriented firms
• Strong experience in executive level management or entrepreneurship
• Experience in international business
